Ingrediants
- 3 cup maida
- (3/4)Cup – 180 ml warm Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp butter
- 2 tsp dry active yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Recipe.
Take Warm the Milk, Add Sugar, Add Yeast and Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Take maida and mix it with salt.After 10 minutes yeast will be activated fully and milk will be completely bubbled up.Now make dough.Make the dough more loose then even roti dough.As soft dough(Sticky) it is giving more sponginess.I learnt this in 3rd trial.We might feel its just mess.
Now add the butter to sticky paste(dough) and start kneading.Mostly 10 to 15 minutes.still it will be bit sticky but don’t add anything to that.
Now keep that dough as it is in some bowl and cover it.I used tuppperware bowl as it was available with lid.
Keep that dough in bowl for 1hr.After 1hr. mostly it is getting doubled.now we can sprinkle maida if still it is too sticky.Just like we sparkle at time of making roti..Dont make dough hard.still do should be very soft.even more then roti dough.
Now we can make small portions of dough.Mostly It will be come 8-10 and greese with butter.Now keep again for 15 minutes.
Now Apply some milk on round portion.
Preheat oven 200c for 10 minutes.
Now we can keep those small rolls in to the over for 10 minutes for 200c.
Mine is normal oven.For Microwave google will be helpful.This is the third tiral and again mixure of recipes.So tried to write.
